Wellness Grief Coaching for the Loss of a Loved One

I have not only lost pets, but also family members, close friends, friends who have had miscarriages, and loved ones who have died far too young. Death surrounds our life, yet, for many people, it is the most painful and frightening thing to think or talk about, let alone go through.

Having gone through these experiences in my personal life, and helping my wellness coaching clients move through their own grieving in my professional life, I understand the physical, mental, and spiritual toll healing from grief can take. Just getting through the day, the night, the hours and minutes becomes monumental. Life cannot distract you enough to forget, there is always a reminder somewhere, and it can feel overwhelming as if you have lost your smile forever.

While there is no quick fix to grief, as a coach, my role is to stand in support and provide a compassionate space for you to share your experiences. My clients often share that they find comfort in my coaching style, my ability to empathize, listen, guide and assist the hurting individual gently lean into the pain so they can move through it. Not over it, or under it, but into it, so you can see the light of hope. The light of living life while grieving the loss, honoring the person you loved, a person not to be forgotten, but memories to be cherished.
